Apply for Membership

Joining Builders World Forum begins by identifying the right business category and the right chapter. Because BWF is structured around professional categories, category availability can differ from one chapter to another.

1. Step 1 — Select Your Business Category

   Choose the category that most accurately represents the primary business you want to promote inside BWF. Clear category selection helps members understand exactly what your company does and what type of referrals are relevant to you.

2. Step 2 — Check Category Availability

   Check whether your category is available in your preferred chapter. If the category is already occupied or unavailable in one chapter, you can check availability in another BWF chapter.

3. Step 3 — Visit a Chapter

   Where applicable, register as a visitor and attend a chapter meeting. This is the best way to understand the BWF culture, meeting structure, member mix and networking model before applying.

4. Step 4 — Submit Your Membership Application

   Complete the BWF membership application with your personal and company information, including your business category, chapter preference and other required details.

5. Step 5 — Complete Verification

   Provide the required company documents and information for verification. BWF membership is subject to review and approval by the Admin Team.

6. Step 6 — Receive Approval

   The BWF Admin Team reviews membership applications and has final discretion over admission. Approval is not automatic.

7. Step 7 — Complete Payment and Onboarding

   After approval, complete the applicable payment and onboarding formalities. You will then receive the information required to participate in your chapter, understand BWF policies and begin building relationships with fellow members.
