Builders World Forum (BWF) is a Chennai-based professional networking community created exclusively for the construction, infrastructure and real-estate ecosystem. BWF brings together builders, architects, engineers, developers, civil contractors, project consultants, material suppliers, interior professionals and specialist service providers through structured chapter meetings, referrals, knowledge sharing and long-term business relationships.
The construction industry does not operate in isolation. Our Growth
Builders World Forum began its chapter journey in Chennai with its first chapter launched on 11 November 2024. The second chapter followed on 4 April 2025. BWF has continued to expand its chapter network while focusing on building engaged and effective communities. As BWF grows, our goal remains the same: create meaningful professional relationships and measurable value for the construction ecosystem.

Abi Ramanathan is the Co-Founder of Builders World Forum and plays a key role in shaping the forum's growth, chapter development and long-term vision.
His vision for BWF is to build a construction-industry network that represents the complete project ecosystem. With more than 70 professional verticals represented within BWF's membership architecture, the forum is designed to connect businesses from the earliest stages of a project through execution, finishing and ongoing services.
A central part of his vision is to make every BWF chapter efficient, engaged and valuable. The long-term ambition is for BWF membership to become a recognized mark of professional trust, integrity, expertise and contribution within the construction industry.
Beyond networking and referrals, he sees knowledge sharing, industry consultation and member participation as essential pillars of the community.
